摘    要:为探索提高何首乌扦插苗移栽成活的方法,以何首乌扦插苗为材料,采用2因素随机区组试验设计,通过田间移栽试验,研究了覆盖与萘乙酸组合处理对何首乌扦插苗移栽成活及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:白色地膜覆盖+25mg/L萘乙酸组合处理的移栽成活率最高(达83.33%),与白色地膜+50mg/L萘乙酸(移栽成活率73.33%)及白色地膜+100mg/L萘乙酸(移栽成活率71.11%)组合处理差异不显著。在新生根条数、最长根长、一级分枝数、茎蔓长、新生叶片数等指标方面,以白色地膜覆盖+100mg/L萘乙酸组合处理综合表现较好。结论:何首乌扦插苗移栽时,可先用100mg/L萘乙酸浸根1h,移栽后用白色地膜覆盖,可提高移栽成活率。

Abstract:Transplanting tests of P.multiflorum cutting seedlings treated with different combinations of surface mulching and NAA were conducted to improve transplanting survival rate of P.multiflorum cutting seedlings.The results showed that survival rate of white plastic film mulching+25 mg/L NAA was the highest(83.33%),but not significantly different with white plastic film mulching+50 mg/L NAA and white plastic film mulching+100 mg/L NAA.White plastic film mulching+100 mg/L NAA performed best in the number of new roots,length of maximum root,branches,vine length,new leaves.Conclusion:While transplanting the cutting seedlings of P.multiflorum should be immersed in 100 mg/L NAA for one hour,then covered by white plastic film mulching,which could improve the survival rate of transplanting.
