灌溉水利用系数测定方法研究

摘    要:通过开展对灌溉水利用系数资料的搜集、整理并对灌区进行实地调研,在了解目前灌区灌溉水利用系数测量中存在问题及原因的基础上,对灌区灌溉水利用系数测量计算方法进行了分析研究,提出了测定灌溉水利用系数的综合测定计算方法。该方法既克服了传统测量方法中工作量大,需要大量人力、物力才能完成的缺点,又弥补了只测量典型渠段而引起较大误差的不足,而且能反映出灌区渠系用水情况、灌溉工程质量及灌溉用水管理水平等。为灌区今后经常性地测量符合实际的灌溉水利用系数及指导灌区节水工程改造等提供了一种切实可行的计算方法。并结合实例进行了应用分析。

Abstract:After a series of work such as gathering and handling data about utilization coefficient of irrigation water, investigating and studying the irrigation areas, this paper analyzes and studies the measuring and calculating method of utilization coefficient of irrigation water in the areas based on our finding out the present problems in the measuring of utilization coefficient of irrigation water and their causes in the irrigation areas, this article also puts forward a calculating method for comprehensive measuring of utilization coefficient of irrigation water. This method not only overcomes the imperfections in traditional measuring method, i.e. the traditional measuring method needs lots of labor and material resources to fulfill the measuring work, but also perfects the imperfections of the method i.e. we used to measure typical channel reaches merely and often get big errors, the method can also reflects water use of canal system, quality of irrigation engineering and management level of irrigation water, etc. This paper provides a practicable calculating method for frequently measuring utilization coefficient of irrigation water according with real situation in irrigation from now on, and guiding the modifications of water saving projects in irrigation areas. This paper makes application analysis with a practical example too.
