毛黄鳃金龟天敌普通钩土蜂生物学的研究

摘    要:经多年观察研究结果表明,普通钩土蜂(Tiphia communis A.& J.)是毛黄鳃金龟(Holoerichia trichophora Fairmaire)幼虫专性寄生天敌,室内测定和田间调查,未发现其它蛴螬寄主。成蜂无补充营养习性,雌蜂活动性弱,产卵于蛴螬中胸节背面,卵端指向背中线,平均每雌蜂产卵31粒,卵期5~7天。幼虫有3龄,历期12~14天,然后食尽寄主组织,只留头壳,做茧以老龄幼虫越冬。人工采集或挖茧助迁扩散,可以明显提高对蛴螬的寄生率。

Abstract:The results observed and investigated for years demonstrated that Tiphia communis A. &. J. is the specific natural enemy, which parasitized the larva of Holoerichia tri-chophora Fairmaire. Other hosts were not found by laboratory assay and field investigation. Adult tiphia did not have the habits and characteristics for additional nutrition. Female tiphia had weak activity, and laid their eggs on the dorsal surface of metathorax of their hosts, the ends of eggs pointed to the dorsal median lines of their hosts, the number of oviposition per tiphia was 31, the period of oviposition lasted 5 - 7 days, the larva had 3 instars, needed 12-14 days, then ate up all the parts of its host except the head capsule, and then made cocoon to overwinter in old instar stage. Artificial emigration and proliferation by collecting adults and digging cocoons can add the parasitic ratio to the grub population.
