黄伞菌丝的形态特征研究

摘    要:试验以黄伞的优良菌株黄伞1号为研究材料,对该菌株菌种的母种和原种菌丝生长动态进行了显微观察,试验结果表明:(1)黄伞优良菌株的菌丝长速快而均匀,粗壮紧密,并伴有少量气生菌丝,成熟时其易倒伏、断裂产生分生孢子和褐色的分泌物;菌丝颜色由白色转变成深黄色;(2)分生孢子在菌丝萌发初期对菌丝的复壮有促进作用,但在栽培后期会抑制黄伞子实体的再分化。

Abstract:The optimal strain Pholiota adiposa No.1 was used in the experiment.The microscope inspection for the trends of mycelia of its mother culture and primary spawn showed that:(1) This kind of mycelia grew evenly and rapidly,densely and robustly.The undeveloped aerial mycelium was liable to fall down and break,form conidiospores and secret water soluble yellow or brown pigments.The colour of mycelia turned from white to yellow-brown at the mature stage.(2)Conidia would promote the mycelial rejuvenation during the transfer of tubes,and inhibit the formation of the fruitbody at the later cultivation period.
