稻纵卷叶螟成虫迁飞与能源物质的研究

摘    要:1980~1981年研究了稻纵卷叶螟成虫迁飞能力与体内粗脂肪含量的关系,以便阐明其成虫迁飞的生理机制,其结果如下:1.种群不同虫源类型间的粗脂肪含量差异显著,迁出型的含量高于本地型,而迁入型含量最低,其含量百分率分别为45.86±1.80%、33.58±0.95%和17.90±3.77%。2.成虫的粗脂肪含量随年龄而有波动,而且在迁出型与本地型之间有明显差异,迁出型成虫在羽化后7天内,体内粗脂肪含量随年龄增长而增加。而本地型则在前期粗脂肪含量上升,而后随着年龄增长而含量逐渐下降。3.吊飞试验证明,蛾子的持续飞行,不但可大量消耗脂肪含量,而且也大大促进了卵巢的发育。

Abstract:In order to elucidate the physiological mechanism of the migration of rice leaf-roller adults,the relationship between the content of crude far and the ability of migration had been studied in 1980~1981.The results are as follows:(1)There are obvious differences in crude fat contents among adults the various types of population ources.The content of the emigratory type is higer than the local type;however,that of the immigratory type isthe lowest one.The percentages are 45.86±1.80%,33.58±0.95% and 17.90 ±3.77% respectively.
