巨金钙对调节红富士苹果果实品质生理机制的研究

摘    要:研究了巨金钙(主要成分为黄腐酸钙)对红富士苹果果实生理生化特性的影响及其作用机理,结果表明:喷钙后果实可溶性固形物、VC和蛋白质含量增加,而硬度、果实可滴定酸的含量下降;与Ca有密切关系的N、K、Mg含量显著提高,而 K/Ca、K/(Ca+Mg)、N/Ca都降低;喷钙还促进了SOD、CAT和POD等保护酶类及Ca2+-ATPase活性的提高,从而防止果实生理性病害的发生,钙以大营养元素和第二信使的双重作用调节着果实的代谢和发育.

Abstract:The effects of Jujin calcium(Fulvic acid calcium) on physiological and biochemical characters and its mechanism was conducted with spraying Jujin calcium(Fulvic acid calcium) in Red Fuji apple.The results showed that spraying Jujin calcium had increased the VC content,SSC content and protein content,while had decreased the hardness and titratable acid content;and also had increased N,K,and Mg content which has the close relation to Ca,while had decreased K/Ca、K/(Ca+Mg)、N/Ca;and had increased SOD,CAT,POD and the Ca2+-ATPase activity.So spraying Jujin calcium had prevented the fruit from developing physiological disease.The calcium is adjusting the fruit metabolism and the growth by those dual function as the nutritive element and the second messenger.
