玉米粉添加量对玉木耳室内栽培的影响

摘    要:本研究采用室内挂袋出耳的模式,在玉木耳栽培配方中添加1%、2%、3%的玉米粉,分析了不同玉米粉添加量对菌包质量、一潮产量和玉木耳营养成分的影响,并探索了玉木耳室内栽培工艺流程及相关管理技术。结果表明:随着玉米粉添加量的增加,打孔后菌丝恢复能力、菌包质量、原基整齐度均有所改善、一潮菇产量逐步增加,其中添加3%玉米粉的配方A3较CK提高了11.39%,且未延长原基形成时间。添加2%玉米粉的配方A2在总糖、蛋白质、粗纤维、氨基酸总含量皆高于CK。玉木耳室内挂袋出耳从制种到一潮采收栽培周期为80~90 d,记录了不同时期管理所需温度、湿度、CO2浓度的环境参数,初步获得了玉木耳室内栽培工艺流程,为玉木耳工厂化栽培生产和研究提供参考。

Abstract:The different rate of corn meal was added in the substrate of white wood ear which cultivated in growing room by hanging method.Quality of bags,yield and nutrition was analyzed.Cultivation method and manage technology were explored.The results showed that with the increase of corn meal added in substrate,the recovery capability,bags quality,primodia uniformity,yield were improved.The yield increased 11.39%compared with control group when added 3%corn meal and never prolong the time of primodia.The quantity of total sugar,protein,crude fiber,amino acid all higher than control group when added 2%corn meal.The temperature,humidity and concentration of carbon deoxide were recorded in the cultivation period which sustained 80 to 90 days.Cultivation technology was built that can provide foundation for industrial cultivation.
