烤烟西柏三烯二醇含量遗传效应分析

摘    要:为提高中国烤烟香味质量、合理选配高CBT-diol含量育种亲本,本研究以10个烤烟品种为材料,按不完全双列杂交的方法配制杂交组合,利用超高效液相色谱对α-CBT-diol及β-CBT-diol含量进行检测,并对α-CBT-diol含量、β-CBT-diol含量、二者之和及其比值进行遗传效应分析。结果表明,α-CBT-diol、β-CBT-diol及二者之和含量加性及显性方差均达到显著水平,说明测试性状同时受到基因加性效应和显性效应的影响,但所占比例不同。α-CBT-diol/β-CBT-diol的加性方差及显性方差均没有达到显著水平。因此,不同亲本及组合间该性状差异不显著。遗传效应预测值结果表明,‘中烟102’具有显著正向加性效应,‘翠碧一号’和‘中烟86’具有显著负向加性效应,‘大白筋599’ב红花大金元’呈极显著正向显性效应,‘G80’ב金星6007’和‘NC89’ב金星6007’呈显著负向显性效应。α-CBT-diol、β-CBT-diol、二者之和及比值的狭义遗传力分别为0.4029、0.3889、0.3994、0.0648,其中α-CBT-diol/β-CBT-diol的狭义遗传力没有达到显著水平。另外,α-CBT-diol、β-CBT-diol与二者之和3个性状两两之间均存在显著正向相关,且表型、基因型、加性及显性相关系数均达到0.97以上。α-CBT-diol/β-CBT-diol与其余3个性状的相关性均未达到显著水平。研究结果可为烤烟香气品质育种亲本选择以及后代选育提供物质基础和理论依据。

Abstract:To improve the fragrant quality of flue-cured tobacco and to select reasonable breeding parent of high CBT-diol content,theα-CBT-diol andβ-CBT-diol contents were determined using ultra high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)by NC II with 10 flue-cured tobacco varieties and 25 F1 hybrids.And,the genetic effects ofα-CBT-diol content,β-CBT-diol content,as well as total CBT-diol andα-CBT-diol/β-CBT-diol,were further analyzed.The results showed significant additive variance and dominant variance ofα-CBT-diol,β-CBT-diol,as well as total CBT-diol,indicating that the tested traits were affected by both additive and dominant effects,but the influence was different.No significant additive variance and dominant variance were observed in the ration ofα-CBT-diol/β-CBT-diol,indicating that there was no significant difference in the trait among different parents or hybrid combinations.The predicted value of genetic effect showed that'Zhongyan 102'had significant positive additive effect,while'Cuibi1'and'Zhongyan 86'had significant negative additive effect.The hybrid of'Dabaijin 599'×'Honghuadajinyuan'had extremely significant positive dominant effect,but the hybrids of'G80'×'Jinxing 6007'and'NC89'×'Jinxing 6007'had significant negative dominant effect.The narrow heritability ofα-CBT-diol,β-CBT-diol,total CBT-diol andα-CBT-diol/β-CBT-diol were 0.4029,0.3889,0.3994 and 0.0648,respectively.However the narrow heritability of the ration ofα-CBT-diol/β-CBT-diol was insignificant.In addition,significant positive correlation was observed betweenα-CBT-diol,β-CBT-diol and total CBT-diol,and the correlation coefficients of the phenotype,genotype,additive and dominance were all over 0.97.However,the correlation between the ratio ofα-CBT-diol/β-CBT-diol and the other three traits was insignificant in the phenotype,genotype,additive and dominance.The research results provide material and theoretical basis for the selection of aroma quality breeding parents and the breeding of offspring.
