摘    要:以引进的30份谷子种质资源为材料,利用SAS9.4软件对农艺性状的遗传多样性及相关性分析表明:(1)参试材料穗毛长短的变异程度最大,千粒重最小,它们的变异系数分别为44.25%和16.62%。穗毛长短和穗松紧度的遗传多样性指数最小,分别为0.245和0.740,其余7个性状的遗传多样性指数均大于1.922。(2)单穗重与穗粒重、穗粗、穗长呈极显著正相关,Pearson相关系数分别为0.96**、0.49**、0.32**,与株高、节数及叶片数、穗毛长短呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.26**、-0.17**、-0.14**。穗粗、穗长、株高与单穗重的直接通径系数较大,分别为0.62、0.60、-0.31;穗松紧度、穗毛长短与单穗重的直接通径系数较小,分别为0.16、-0.09。(3)对应分析将参试品种和性状分为三大类群,第一类群18份品种与穗粗、单穗重、穗粒重、穗长、穗松紧度的相关性大,为高产类型;第二类群7份品种与株高、节数及叶片数相关性大,产量潜力较低;第三类5份品种与千粒重、穗毛长短相关性较大,产量居中。

Abstract:Thirty imported foxtail millet cultivars and strains were used to analyze genetic diversity and correlation of agronomic traits.The results showed(1)the variation ranges of ear hair length was the biggest than that of the other traits,but that of thousand kernel weight was the smallest,associated their variation coefficients with 44.25%and 16.62%,respectively.The genetic diversity indexs of ear hair length and ear tightness were smallest than that of the other traits,associated with 0.245 and 0.740,respectively,which were above 1.922 for the other traits.(2)Spike weight was very significant positively correlated with grain weight per panicle,ear diameter,spike length,associated Pearson correlation coefficient with 0.96**,0.49**,0.32**,respectively.Spike weight was very significant negatively correlated with plant height,number of nodes and leaves,ear hair length,with-0.26**,-0.17**,-0.14**,respectively.There were larger direct diameter coefficients between spike weight and one of ear diameter,spike length,plant height than that of the other traits,which were 0.62,0.60 and-0.31,respectively.But had smaller direct diameter coefficients between spike weight and one of panicle tightness,ear hair length,associated with 0.16 and-0.09,respectively.(3)Tested strains and thier agronomic traits were divided into three major categories by using correspondence analysis.The first class was high-yield type,which had greater correlation to ear diameter,spike weight,ear grain weight,spike length and ear tightness than that of the other trais.The second class was low yield potential type,which had strongger correlation to plant height,number of nodes and leaves than that of other traits.The third type had medium yield,which were related to thousand kernel weight and ear hair length.
