摘    要:本研究的目的是通过利用紫外线照射香菇菌株808的孢子悬浮液,分析诱变处理的致死率、菌株的菌丝生长速率、诱变菌株与原菌株的拮抗反应初步筛选出突变香菇菌株,并筛选出适合香菇孢子的紫外诱变条件。结果表明,诱变时间在20 s的致死率为14.28%,40 s的致死率为28.57%,60 s致死率为64.29%,80 s的致死率为85.71%。在紫外诱变处理60 s和80 s的菌株与对照组有明显的拮抗现象,总共得到了5个有拮抗现象的突变菌株。诱变时间为60 s时菌株生长速度(2.37 cm/d)及拮抗强度均高于诱变时间为80 s (2.23 cm/d)的处理组。试验初步证明使用紫外诱变香菇孢子时的最佳时长为60 s。这为香菇诱变育种提供一定的技术依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the spore suspension of Lentinula edodes named 808 was irradiated with ultraviolet light,and the mutant strain was initially screened by analyzing the lethality of mutagenesis,the mycelial growth rate of the strain,the antagonistic reaction of the mutagenized strain,and the UV attractant suitable for the mushroom was screened.The results showed that the lethality rate was 14.28%at 20 s,the mortality rate was 28.57%at 40 s,the mortality rate at 60 s was 64.29%,and the mortality rate at 80 s was 85.71%.The strains which were treated by UV mutagenesis for 60 s and 80 s had an obviously antagonistic activity compared with ck,and a total of 5 mutant strains with antagonistic phenomena were obtained.The strain growth rate(2.37 cm/d)and antagonistic strength were higher than the treatment time of 80 s(2.23 cm/d)when the mutation time was 60 s.The experiment initially proved that the optimal duration for the use of UV mutagenized mushroom spores was 60 s.This provides a certain technical basis for mutagenic breeding of mushrooms.
