外源多效唑、ABA、2,4-D和NAA对水稻秧苗生长特性的影响

摘    要:为了探讨不同植物生长调节剂对水稻幼苗生长特性的影响,筛选适宜水稻机插的植物生长调节剂类型及其浓度,本研究以‘株两优189’和‘中嘉早17’为试验材料,研究外源多效唑、ABA、2,4-D和NAA对水稻幼苗叶龄、绿叶数、苗高、白根数、总根数、茎基宽、秧苗鲜重及干重等的影响。试验结果表明:多效唑对水稻秧苗苗高抑制作用最为显著,ABA、2,4-D次之;NAA在一定程度上能够提高秧苗苗高;四种植物生长调节剂均能有效提高水稻秧苗的白根数,其中以ABA处理提高作用最显著,并且四种植物生长调节剂对茎基宽均表现为促进作用,呈现随浓度增加,秧苗茎基宽增加的趋势。综上来看,C2浓度多效唑浸种和C4浓度ABA浸种均能有效培育矮壮秧苗。本研究为培育适宜机械化生产的水稻育秧技术提供了理论指导。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of different plant growth regulators on the growth characteristics of rice seedlings and to screen suitable plant growth regulators for rice transplantation,the effects of exogenous paclobutrazol,ABA,2,4-D and NAA on the leaf age,green leaf number,seedling height,white root number,total root number,stem base width,fresh weight and dry weight of rice seedlings were studied with'Zhuliangyou 189'and'Zhongjiazao 17'as experimental materials,and so on.The results showed that paclobutrazol had the most significant inhibitory effect on rice seedling height,followed by ABA and 2,4-D;NAA could improve seedling height to a certain extent;four plant growth regulators could effectively increase white root number of rice seedlings,among which ABA treatment had the most significant effect,and the four plant growth regulators had the most promotive effect on stem base width,showing a promotive effect with the increase of concentration.In addition,the stem base width of seedlings increased.In conclusion,seed soaking with C2 concentration of paclobutrazol and ABA concentration of C4 concentration can effectively cultivate short and strong seedlings.This study provides theoretical guidance for cultivating rice seedling raising technology suitable for mechanized production.
