不同生态条件下玉米单倍体诱导率和加倍率的研究

摘    要:以8个不同基因型组合为母本、以玉米单倍体诱导系JS6-1为父本,在长春、榆树和白城3种不同生态环境下研究单倍体诱导率、自然加倍率和秋水仙素处理加倍率。结果表明,不同地点和不同基因型材料的玉米单倍体诱导率、自然加倍率和化学加倍率之间差异显著,在长春的单倍体诱导率(15.9%)、自然加倍率(2.6%)和除草剂Amiprophosmethyl(APM)加倍率(15.6%)显著高于榆树和白城,说明长春更适合玉米单倍体诱导和加倍。不同基因型组合的诱导率和加倍率也存在显著差异。选择合适地点和基础材料,加强田间管理是提高单倍体育种效率的关键措施。

Abstract:Based on the inducer JS6-1 for male parent, eight different genetic combinations for female parent, the statistics on the haploid inducing rate and doubling rate were analyzed in Changchun, Yushu and Baicheng, three different ecological conditions. The results indicated that there were significant differences on the haploid inducing rate, natural and artificial doubling rate of maize haploid in different places and different genotypes. The inducing rate(15.9%), natural doubling rate(2.6%) and doubling rate(15.6%) of Changchun by Amiprophosmethyl (APM) treatment were significantly higher than that in Yushu and Baicheng. It was more suitable for induction and double haploid in Changchun for maize. There were also significant differences in the induction and doubling rates on different genotypes. In addition, selecting the appropriate location and basic materials, strengthening the field management were the key measures to improve the efficiency of maize haploid breeding.
