摘    要:摘要:非培养条件下用耗氧剂亚硫酸钠模拟活细胞的代谢耗氧,当连续培养达到稳态时,供氧与耗氧达到平衡,C/C^*值恒定,利用稳态时的有关数据能方便地计算出KLa值。与其他KLa的测定方法相比,这种模拟稳态法简便快速,易于获得大量数据,特别适用于研究不同操作条件下生物反应器的KLa值变化规律。

Abstract:The oxygen-consuming metabolism in the live cells is simulated with sodium sulphite under non-cultured conditions. The supply of oxygen is equal to the consumption, and the value of C/C~* is invariable during the steady state of continuous culture. The K_La value can be calculated by using related data of steady state. The advantage of this method is that it is simple and convenient. As large number of data can be obtained easily, this method can be used to research the variation rule of K_La under different operation conditions.
