| 摘 要： | 分析了图书期刊管理及其利用的辩证关系,结合农科所实际提出一套科学的管理措施,为适应新的情报信息工作需要,变封闭式单一性的被动服务为开放式综合性的主动服务。在采购和订阅图书期刊上重点突出科研需要,搞好特色藏书建设。充分利用图书资源,提高服务效果,建立、健全图书期刊保护制度。

| Abstract: | Analyzing dialectical relationship between management and utilization of book and periodical,the paper has put forward a scientific management measures in accordance with our actual condition.In order to adapting the need of new information service,we change closed single passive service into open comprehensive active service.We put emphasis upon scientific research need when purchasing and subscribing book and periodical,and do well in feature collections construction.Taking full advantage of book resource,we improve service effectiveness,establish and improve book and periodical protection system. |
