| 摘 要： | 从大庆盐碱土样品中分离得到5株嗜碱菌,对其进行编号为t8,t7,t5,t6,t2.五株菌均为革兰氏阳性,好氧,其中t8,t5,t6产芽孢.对这五株菌进行系统分类学研究,结果表明t8,t5,t6与碱杆菌属中的A.haloalkaliphil亲缘关系最近,t7与碱杆菌属中的A.filiformis亲缘关系最近,t2归为Bacillus sp.

| Abstract: | This study from the Daqing saline-alkali soil samples obtained from five of alkaliphiles,their No.t8,t7,t5,t6,t2.5 strains are gram-positive,aerobic,t8,t5,t6 have Bacillus.5 of this classification system to study,do some of their physiological and biochemical experiments,finally concluded t8,t5,t6 and Alcaligenes as the base A.haloalkaliphil relationship recently,t7 and Alcaligenes as the base A.filiformis the relationship recently,t2 classified as Bacillus sp. |
