摘    要:利用甲基托布津、多菌灵、大生、新硫酸链霉素和PPA 5种药剂 ,组成 4个水平的混合药剂做正交试验 ,对已被真菌 (镰刀菌、黑曲霉、青霉菌 )、细菌 (球菌 )污染的组培苗进行防治 ,结果表明 ,混合药剂对镰刀菌、青霉菌、球菌防治效果差异不显著 ,对黑曲霉防治效果差异显著 ,水平 4对该菌抑制作用差异极显著。 5种药剂极值R分析表明 ,对球菌以新硫酸链霉素 >PPA >甲基托布津、多菌灵 >大生的规律影响 ;黑曲霉以甲基托布津 >多菌灵、PPA >新硫酸链霉素 >大生的规律影响。

Abstract:Fouu levels on mixed bactericides composed by Thiophanate-methgl,Carbendazim,Dithane,Streptomycini-Sulfatis and PPA were used in the orthogonal test to control the culture shoots contaminateded by epiqhyte(fusarium,Asqergillus niger,Penicillium),bacteria(Coccus)The results of the investigation showed that the differentia of controlling effect on fusarium,Penicillium and Coccus with mixed bactericides was not obvious,but was very obvious on Aspergillus niger and the leve 4 had the best bacteriostastic activity. Analyzed from the eztremum(R)of the five medicaments,the ordet of the effect on Coccus was medicament 4>medicament5>medicament l and 2>medicament 3;the order of the effect on Aspergillus niger was medicament 1>medicament 2 and 5>medicament 4>medicament 3.
