| 摘 要： | 从高校图书馆招标采购的背景、优越性,选择书商的标准等方面,对高校图书馆招标采购的可行性进行了分析。提出了招标采购过程中应注意的问题及对策,最终得出了高校图书馆实行招标采购具有可行性的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the feasibility of tender purchase by university libraries from the aspect of background,advantages,and standard of choosing booksellers.The paper has pointed out potential problems and methods to deal with it in the process of tender purchase,and reached the conclusion that it is feasible for university and college to invite tender purchase. |
