摘    要:以盆栽控水的方法研究了油松幼苗在冬春季节低温严重干旱胁迫条件下的生长需水规律及抗旱性.结果表明,干旱对油松的伸长生长和萌芽时间影响显著;叶绿素总量和叶绿素a的含量相对稳定,叶绿素b含量在冬季增加;油松属于高水势耐旱型,具有较强的渗透调节能力和较好的酶保护体系.

Abstract:The growth and water consumption and drought tolerance of Pinus tabulaeformis were studied by control water content using pot culture. The results showed that lengthening growth rate was slower and rudiment time was later than that of suitable water content; the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll a+b was stable, the content of chlorophyll b increased; the capacity of osmotic adjustment of P. tabulaeformis species on suitable water was better than on sever drought stress; the tree had good capacity of water tolerance and activities of membrance protecting enzymes.
