鲤细菌性败血症的免疫研究

摘    要:选取分离于鲤细菌性败血症病例的嗜水气单胞菌强毒力菌株进行复壮,于菌悬液中加入0.2%甲醛于28℃灭活12h制成灭活疫苗,对鲤进行免疫接种后,通过检测抗体,以确定鱼体对疫苗的应答强度。分别取注射免疫后第21,28,35,42天的血清做凝集试验,并于首免6周后做人工感染保护试验。结果抗体最高效价达到212,而对照组为0。受免组攻毒免疫保护率达90%,表明鱼体对嗜水气单胞菌灭活疫苗可以产生免疫应答,对鲤有一定的免疫保护作用。

Abstract:Bacterial liquid were obtained after rejuvenating from selected strong virulence strains of Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from bacterial septicemia of carp,which was made into vaccine by inactivating it with 0.2%formaldehyde at 28℃for 12 hours. The inactivated vaccine was inculated carps through abdominal cavity.The intensity of response in fish to stimulation of vaccine was determined through examine immune antibody.Examination of the agglutinating antibody titers on the 21th,28th,35th,42th days after vaccination showed that the highest titer of the immunized carp was 212,while that of the control was 0,antibody levels were significatly different between immunized group and control group(P0.05).The relative percent survival of the immuned group was 90%by experiments about protection to artificial infections by immuned six weeks later.The resuls showed that fish which was immuned could create 9 times immune antibody response to immune of inactivated vaccine of Aeromonas hydrophila,had a certain protective effective effect on Carp.
