| 摘 要： | 对黄瓜幼苗叶片的表皮及横切结构进行观察发现,随着节位上升,叶片上、下表皮细胞密度及气孔密度呈增加趋势,表皮细胞及气孔大小呈减小趋势,栅栏组织厚度与海绵组织厚度比值呈增加趋势.

| Abstract: | This paper was based on the research of the seedling of cucumber's upper epidermis of leaves and the structure of its transverse cut.When the nodes in cucumber increase,the conclusion were as follows.Firstly,the distributive density of oil cells and the stomata density of both the upper cell and the lower cell show the tendency of increasing.Secondly,both the size of upper cell and the size of stomata showed the tendency of decreasing.Thirdly,the ratio between the thickness of palisade tissue and thickness ... |
