蚯蚓MT基因植物表达载体的构建及烟草转化

摘    要:为了提高植物对重金属的耐受力和富集能力,从而减少重金属对土壤的污染,本研究将克隆的赤子爱胜蚓(Eiseniafoetia)MT基因,装入植物表达载体pPZP111,构建了植物表达载体pPZP-efMT。然后用三亲法将其导入根瘤农杆菌EHA105中,通过叶盘法转化烟草。经PCR检测,efMT基因已整合到烟草基因组中,为进一步验证转基因烟草的抗重金属能力奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to improve the plants,capabilities of tolerance and heavy metals of enrichment,eventually reduce the pollution of soil,the Eisenia foetida MT gene by PCR and successfully constructed the express vector pPZP-efMT were cloned.The recombined vector was transformed into the EHA105 by triprental cross,and then was transformed tobacco by leaf-disc method.Transgenic tobaccos were identified by PCR.All of this process would make the foundation of plant anti-metals.
