金樱根多糖的超声提取研究

摘    要:采用超声辅助提取金樱根多糖,通过水提醇沉法,得到粗多糖,再利用Sevag法脱蛋白,获得精制多糖。用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,以多糖含量为指标,评价提取条件。通过设计L_9(3~4)正交试验,可得最佳提取条件:提取温度70℃、料液比为1:50、提取时间为60min、提取次数为4次。

Abstract:Polysaccharidea from root of Rose Laevigatae Michx was extracted by ultrasound-assisted,precipitated with alcohol,at last the crude polysaccharides was collected.Then protein was removed from the crude polysaccharides by the method of Sevag,and the refined polysaccharide was collected.The contents of polysaccharides were determined by the method of Phenol-Sulfuric acid. The conditions of extraction were evaluated with the target of polysaccharides' contents.The protein's content of the refined polysaccharid...
