| 摘 要： | 猪应激综合征(Porcine Stress Syndrome，PSS)由一对氟烷基因(Hahn、Haln)控制。试验采取组织DNA和血液DNA的提取，并对氟烷基因的PCR反应条件进行优化，为三江白猪的氟烷基因从分子角度上进行检测提供科学的理论依据。

| Abstract: | PSS has been known to be a genetic disease controlled by a recessive gene(n)at the autosomal locus (HAL).We extract Gene from blood and tissue of Shangjiangbai pigs and optimize the condition of PCR by the halothane test. The article is mainly discussing the mechanism and the way of detection of PSS by Molecular biology. |
