渝糯系列玉米杂种遗传纯度的RAPD鉴定

摘    要:为了建立一套快速准确的玉米杂种纯度鉴定技术,本研究以渝糯系列5个玉米新品种及其亲本为材料,进行RAPD标记分析。从260个随机引物中,筛选出3个扩增带稳定清晰且为双亲互补型的特征引物,可用于渝糯系列杂种纯度的快速鉴定。

Abstract:In this study,the fingerprinting of 5 fresh-table maize hybrids and their parents was established by RAPD marker technique to identify genetic purity of samples in seed test rapidly.Of 260 primers 24 produced polymorphisms between the parent lines,and the number of DNA bands ranged from 3 to 15.Three random primers were selected as characteristic primers,which led to stable and intensive polymorphic bands for samples.The DNA fingerprinting of these fresh-table maize hybrids has been used already in seed purity inspection and test.
