| 摘 要： | 水电是利用水的落差所产生的电能,发电过程简单。随着更多更复杂的水轮机的发明,水电站已经成为了电能的主要来源。按照电力服务要求以及特定的站址情况,水力发电过程具有许多不同的用途。水电项目种类繁多,每一个水电项目将提供不同种类的服务,产生不同的环境和社会影响,以及取得不同性质和幅度的效益。
