红托竹荪品种选育试验研究

摘    要:采集贵州省部分分布区域内野生红托竹荪(Dictyophora rubrovolvata Zang, Ji et Liou.)健壮子实体为育种亲本,经系统选育,贵定县石板村红托竹荪成为高产、优质、抗逆性强的优良品种。该菌株菌丝在5℃~28℃均能生长,子实体生长最适温度为18℃~24℃;菌丝萌发后形成原基能力强;生长季节为3月到10月,平均单产量为0.15 kg·m-2,生物转化率为32%。采用阔叶木屑及腐殖土覆土栽培。该品种红托竹荪在不同海拔试验中产量稳定,菌株表现出均一性、稳定性,因此具有较好的商业价值。

Abstract:The healthy fruiting bodies of wild Dictyophora rubrovolvata in some distribution areas in Guizhou were collected as breeding parents, and the excellent varieties. In Shiban village, Guiding county, the D. rubrovolvata with high yield, high quality and strong stress resistance were bred by systematic breeding. The mycelial could grow at 5℃-28℃, and the suitable temperature for fruiting body was 18℃-24℃, the ability of mycelial germination and primordium formation was strong. The growing season was from March to October. The average yield per unit was 0.15 kg·m-2, and the biological transformation rate was 32%.Broad-leaf sawdust and humus soil were used for cultivation. The yield of this D. rubrovolvata was stable, and the strain were uniformity and stability. So it had better commercial value to breed.
