食用菌资源的产业链发展与循环经济思考

摘    要:针对我国目前食用菌产业已形成了完整的产业链条,如何增强产业链条上各个环节之间的密切衔接与相互合作是食用菌产业要认真思考的问题。建议根据参与主体的贡献程度,实现价值的科学衡量与利益的平等分配,构建便捷的冷链物流体系,实现产业链的科学布局和灵活调度。与此同时,食用菌资源的产业链发展,可以促进环境保护与资源节约,对于推动国内循环经济的发展必然大有助益,是未来产业发展的必然趋势。

Thinking on Industrial Chain Development and Circular Economy of Edible Fungi Resources

Abstract:As a globally recognized big country of edible fungi production and consumption,China’s edible fungi industry has formed a complete industrial chain.Therefore,it is undoubtedly of great practical significance to strengthen close connection and mutual cooperation among the industrial links,realize scientific measurement of value and equal distribution of benefits with reference to the contribution of the main body,build a convenient cold-chain logistics system,and realize the scientific layout and flexible scheduling of the industrial chain for the development of the industrial chain of edible fungi resources.At the same time,the development of the industrial chain of edible fungi resources can promote environmental protection and resource conservation,which is bound to be of great help in promoting the development of domestic circular economy and will be the development direction of the future industry.
