东北野生榛蘑氨基酸对运动性疲劳的影响

摘    要:针对东北野生榛蘑氨基酸对运动性疲劳的影响进行研究。采用小鼠动物试验,通过体重测定试验表明,野生榛蘑中的氨基酸能够促进小鼠肌肉增长和增速;抗氧化试验表明,野生榛蘑中的氨基酸对小鼠运动后血清中MDA的含量影响不明显;对小鼠血清中T-SOD和GSH-Px的活性有提高作用,能够有效清除运动过程中产生的超氧阴离子和过氧化氢等自由基,缓解肌肉疲劳,减轻运动性疲劳的产生。

Abstract:The effect of amino acids of wild Armillaria mellea on sports fatigue was studied. The results showed that the amino acids in wild Armillaria mellea could promote the muscle growth and speed-up of mice;the antioxidative test in mice showed that the amino acids in wild Armillaria mellea had no obvious effect on the MDA content in serum after exercise;it could improve the activity of T-SOD and GSH PX in serum of mice, and could effectively eliminate the production of T-SOD and GSH PX during exercise Free radicals such as superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide can relieve muscle fatigue and reduce the generation of exercise-induced fatigue.
