金针菇多糖对运动疲劳免疫恢复的影响

摘    要:针对运动疲劳的恢复问题,以小白鼠为动物研究对象,采用了分组对比试验法,研究了金针菇多糖对小白鼠血乳酸、尿素氮和运动时间的作用;以20名运动员为人体研究对象,采用分组试验法,对比了金针菇多糖对运动员最大摄氧量的影响。对比试验结果表明,金针菇多糖能够延缓血液中的血乳酸、尿素氮累积,调节机体的自我代谢和调节恢复能力,可以有效缓解运动疲劳,有效补充体力,促进运动疲劳的恢复。

Abstract:Aiming at the recovery of sports fatigue’the effect of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide on the blood lactate, urea nitrogen and exercise time on mice was studied by group contrast test, and the effect of F. velutipes polysaccharide on the maximum oxygen uptake of athletes was compared by group test with 20 athletes. The results showed that F. velutipes polysaccharide could delay the accumulation of blood lactate and urea nitrogen, regulate the self-metabolism and recovery ability of the body,and effectively alleviate the exercise fatigue. F. velutipes polysaccharide could effectively supplementing physical strength and promoting the recovery of exercise fatigue.
