| 摘 要： | 为提高食用菌食品安全,对食用菌安全溯源体系的构建进行了研究,提出从技术上加快溯源平台、溯源码和服务体系建设;从法律层面强化安全溯源体系的法律法规建设。为促进食用菌安全溯源体系的构建和发展提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the food safety of edible fungi,this paper studies the construction of the traceability system of edible fungi,and puts forward to speed up the construction of traceability platform,traceability source code and service system technically,and strengthen the construction of laws and regulations of the traceability system from the legal level.It provides a reference for the construction and development of the safety traceability system of edible fungi. |
