金针菇菌渣复混配方栽培平菇试验

研究工厂化生产金针菇菌渣分别与苜蓿秸秆、玉米芯复混,对平菇生长发育、产量和收益的影响。结果表明,菌渣与苜蓿秸秆复混时,随着苜蓿秸秆添加量增加,菌丝满袋时间和原基萌发时间推迟,原材料成本呈上升趋势,生物学效率显著提高;当苜蓿秸秆添加比例为30%时平菇产量与棉籽壳基质配方基本相同,生产收益最高;菌渣与玉米芯复混时,随着玉米芯添加量增加,菌丝满袋时间和原基萌发时间均提前,原材料成本升高,当玉米芯添加量为50%时,供试配方的产量和收益均达到最高,为工厂化金针菇菌渣与玉米芯复混栽培平菇的最适配方。

Experiment on Culturing Pleurotus ostreatus With MixedFlammulina velutipes Chaff Formulas

The effects of the mixture of Flammulina velutipes chaff(FC)with alfalfa straw and corncob respectively on the growth,yield and production benefit of Pleurotus ostreatus were investigated.The results showed that,in the mixture of FC with alfalfa straw,the more alfalfa straw was added,the longer it took for the hyphae to fill up the bag and for the primordium to emerge.At the same time,the cost of raw materials was also taking an upward trend,while the biological efficiency was also rising to a significant extent.The yield was basically equivalent to that of the cottonseed hull formula when the proportion of added alfalfa straw reached 30%,and the production benefi was highest.In the mixture of FC with corncob,the more the corncob was added,the faster it took for the hyphae to fully fill up the bag and for the primordium to emerge,while the cost of raw materials increased.When 50%corncob was added,the yield and and production benefit of the experimented formula were at its maximum.This was the optimum Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation formula.
