摘    要:以食用菌产业经济发展影响力与农业经济结构调整间的相互要素影响作为对象,分析目前农业结构调整中遇到的生态环境、生态结构、生产环境不熟悉等问题及专业知识匮乏等制约因素,从转变经济增长方式、促进土地生态修复、打造食用菌全产业链方面提出创新发展策略,旨在进一步调整优化农业结构,促进农民增收。

Abstract:As the development of the edible fungi industry in China continues to accelerate,the scale of the edible fungi industry continues to expand,and its impact on the development of the agricultural economy is increasingly significant.By taking the influence of the mutual factors between the economic development influence of the edible fungi industry and the adjustment of the agricultural economic structure as the object,the ecological environment problems,ecological structure problems,unfamiliar production environment problems,and lack of professional knowledge encountered in the current agricultural structure adjustment are analyzed.The innovative development strategies were put forward in terms of transforming the economic growth mode,promoting ecological restoration of the land,and building the entire industrial chain of edible fungi,aiming to further adjust and optimize the agricultural structure and promote farmers*income.
