摘    要:为研究不同碳源、氮源、无机盐以及温度对黑皮鸡地从菌生长的影响,通过单因素分析筛选出最适合黑皮鸡地从菌生长的培养基及培养温度。以菌丝干重为指标,通过3因素3水平正交试验,得出最佳固体培养基配方为琼脂20 g·L^-1、果糖25 g·L^-1、酵母浸膏2.5 g·L^-1、硫酸钾0.7 g·L^-1,最适培养温度为25℃。

Abstract:The effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources and inorganic salts on the growth of Oudemansiella radicata were studied, and the optimum conditions were selected to optimize the culture formula. Taking the mycelium dry weight as the index, the optimum solid medium formula was obtained by three factors and three levels orthogonal test. The best formula is agar20 g·L^-1, fructose 25 g·L^-1, yeast extract 2.5 g·L^-1, potassium sulfate 0.7 g·L^-1, and the optimum temperature is 25℃.
