野生红菇子实体提取液的抗运动性疲劳作用

摘    要:分析红菇(Russula vinosa)的抗运动性疲劳的作用。利用昆明小鼠进行灌胃红菇子实体提取液的处理方式,并且连续灌胃21 d后,分析2组小鼠游泳力竭时长、肝糖原水平、乳酸脱氢酶等参数改变情况,并基于此分析容县野生红菇子实体提取液的抗运动性疲劳效果。结果表明,对照组小鼠游泳至游泳力竭的时间为114.31min^184.53 min,且肝糖原的含量在1.32 mg·g-1~1.42 mg·g-1,乳酸脱氢酶含量在1.96 mg·g-1~2.08 mg·g-1。相较于对照组,高剂量、低剂量试验组在经过连续21 d红菇子实体提取液灌胃处理后,小鼠游泳力竭时间明显优于对照组;肝糖原水平也明显提高,乳酸脱氢酶活力显著下降。结果说明红菇提取液可以增强小鼠适应运动负荷、疲劳消除、抗疲劳等能力,提高抗疲劳效果。

Abstract:To analyze the role and value of Russula vinosa against sports fatigue,the test group was treated by gavage of R.vinosa fruiting body extract,and after continuous gavage for 21 days,the two groups of Kunming mice were analyzed for swimming exhaustion time,liver glycogen level,lactate dehydrogenase and other parameters change,and based on this analysis of the actual effectiveness of Rongxian wild R.vinosa fruiting body extract against sports fatigue.The result showed,when the weight of the control group is 31.93 g-33.17 g,the swimming to mice swimming exhaustion time is 114.31 min-184.53 min,when the control group's liver glycogen content is 1.32 mg·g^-1—1.42mg·g^-1,lactate dehydrogenase ranged from 1.96 mg·g^-1—2.08 mg·g^-1.Compared with the control mice,the high-dose and low-dose groups had significantly longer swimming load-bearing weight and liver glycogen levels after gavage treatment of red mushroom fruit body extract for 21 days.Lactate dehydrogenase activity is significantly lower.Fruiting body extract of R.vinosa can make the ability to adapt to exercise load,fatigue elimination ability,and anti-fatigue ability enhanced,so it can significantly exert anti—fatigue effects.
