灵芝多糖对运动疲劳及运动性免疫抑制影响

摘    要:针对备赛过程中运动员饮用灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)多糖口服液对运动成效、免疫功能的影响展开分析。结果表明灵芝多糖极大提升了试验组运动员的各项身体成分水平,减小体脂率(P<0.05),显著提升运动员的肌肉含量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组运动员的运动成效显著提升,总作功、运动心率、负荷时间显著提升(P<0.05);运动员在锻炼过程中的心率显著减缓(P<0.05),运动能力显著强化;血红蛋白水平与血红细胞体积比明显得到提升(P<0.05),但是血乳酸水平显著减小(P<0.05)。借助免疫花环与ELISA法进行免疫功能的检测,试验组与对照组运动员的Et、Ea花环检测水平都相对于试验前明显减小,但是试验组运动员减小的幅度明显低于对照组运动员(P<0.05)。相对于对照组而言,试验组运动员的IgA、IgG、IgM明显提升。由此可知,服用灵芝多糖之后,运动员的免疫力以及大负荷运动成效显著提升。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the actual influence of Ganoderma lucidum Karst polysaccharide oral liquid on sports effect and immune function of athletes during the preparation of a university competition. According to the research data, G. lucidum polysaccharide can greatly improve the body composition level of the athletes in the experimental group, and reduce the body fat rate based on the original weight(P<0.05), so the muscle content of the athletes will be significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the athletes in the control group, the exercise effect of the athletes in the experimental group was significantly improved, and the total work, exercise heart rate and load time were significantly increased(P<0.05). In addition, the heart rate of the athletes in the exercise process was also significantly reduced(P<0.05), so the patients’ exercise ability was also significantly enhanced. In the experimental group, the hemoglobin level and the volume ratio of red blood cells were significantly increased(P<0.05), but the blood lactate level was significantly reduced(P<0.05). With the help of immune garland and ELISA, the test level of ET and EA garland in the experimental group and the control group was significantly lower than that before the experiment, but the decrease of ET and EA garland in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). In addition, compared with the control group, the IgA, IgG and IgM of the athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved. Therefore, after taking G. lucidum polysaccharide, the immunity and the effect of heavy load exercise of the athletes were significantly improved.
