| 摘 要： | 对1例不明原因死亡牛肺脏进行了病原学分离及鉴定。根据已报道的溶血曼氏杆菌基因序列,设计合成引物。通过细菌分离、染色、16S rRNA、溶血曼氏杆菌特异性PCR扩增、荚膜血清型及生化试验来确定该菌株。结果确定该牛感染了溶血曼氏杆菌,进一步分型确定为血清6型。成功从牛肺脏中分离到该菌株,从药敏试验结果可以看出该菌对大多数药物敏感。该试验对牛溶血曼氏杆菌病临床用药具有参考意义,也为牛溶血曼氏杆菌病临床诊断与治疗提供了技术参考。

| Abstract: | In this study,the pathogens of an unexplained dead cattle were isolated and identified.Based on the reported gene sequence of Mannella hemolytica,this study designed specific primers for this pathogen.The strain was identified by bacterial isolation,bacterial staining,16 S rRNA sequencing,identification of specific PCR for Mannella hemolytica,capsular serotype,and biochemical tests.It was determined that the cattle were infected with Mannella hemolytica,which was further classified as type 6.The strain was successfully isolated from the lung tissue of sick cattle,and the results of drug susceptibility tests indicate that the strain is sensitive to most drugs.The trial provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cattle hemolytic maningellosis. |
