| Abstract: | Morchella spp. was a high nutritional and medical value mushroom, and it was also one of the fastest growing edible mushroom cultivars in recent years in China, with a broad prospect of industrial development. Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of Morchella spp. cultivation, the current situation of Morchella spp. industry market and the industrial development trend, and look forward to the future of industrial development, in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of Morchella spp. industry in China. |
