With the development of China’s large-scale health industry,China*s edible fungi industry is facing opportunities in terms of market demand growth,edible fungi processing technology progress,strong support of regional policies,as well as backward innovation of edible fungi products,insufficient development of nutritional functions and safety problems of edible fungi products.In the context of the development of large-scale health industry,China's edible fungi industry should strengthen the development and utilization of new germ plasm resources of edible fungi aiming at nutrition and function,improve the quality standard system of edible fungi products,attach importance to the production and development of original ecological edible fungi,and improve the technical content of industrial development.
