小美牛肝菌生物碱抑制运动神经系统原理

摘    要:通过大鼠急性毒性试验、大鼠脊髓损伤运动功能试验和大鼠脊髓含水量试验,对小美牛肝菌生物碱抑制运动神经系统的原理进行研究。大鼠急性毒性试验结果表明,小美牛肝菌生物碱含有一定的毒性,对机体组织的运动神经系统有一定的影响;大鼠脊髓损伤运动功能试验结果表明,小美牛肝菌所含的生物碱物质能够促进大鼠脊髓损伤恢复,降低大鼠脊髓神经损伤;大鼠脊髓含水量试验结果表明,小美牛肝菌生物碱具有消炎抗氧化作用,能够降低过氧化物对神经细胞的损害。

Abstract:The acute toxicity test,the motor function test and the water content test of the spinal cord were carried out,the inhibition mechanism of Boletus parviflora alkaloids on motor nervous system was studied.The results of acute toxicity test in rats showed that the alkaloids of B.parvifolius contained certain toxicity,which had certain influence on the motor nervous system of body tissues.The results of motor function test in rats with spinal cord injury showed that the alkaloids contained in B.parvifolius could promote the recovery of spinal cord injury and reduce the spinal cord nerve injury.The results of spinal cord water content test in rats showed that the alkaloids of B.parvifolius have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation effects,and can reduce the damage of peroxides to nerve cells.
