摘    要:针对工厂化生产杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)出菇期出现的主要病害,分析了病害发生的主要原因和防治措施,并结合实际生产过程,从菌种选择、培养基制作、菇房环境控制及菇房处理等方面分别提出了相应的防治措施。

Abstract:The reasons of the main diseases and the control measures of factory productive Pleurotus eryngii at the growth period of fruiting body were aralyzed,and presented preventing and dealing measures which combined with choosing strain,making culture medium,controlling environment of mushroom house and dealing with mushroom house.
