摘    要:研究了甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua成虫羽化后每d取食5%蜂蜜水(a组)、第1d取食5%蜂蜜水,其余每d取食清水(b组)和每d取食清水(c组)三种成虫期营养对其产卵、交配和飞行能力等的影响。结果表明,成虫期营养对其产卵量、产卵前期、产卵期、平均寿命、交配率、交配次数以及卵孵化率等均无显著的影响,而对成虫飞行能力的影响显著。在对3日龄蛾24h的吊飞测试中,a组成虫飞行距离最远(68.67

Abstract:After the newly emerged moths of beet armyworm Spodoptera exigua (Hubner) were fed separately with three levels of compensatory nutrition, namely, (a) 5% honey dilution every day, (b) 5% honey dilution the first day and then water the rest days, and (c) water every day, their mean flight distance ( km ) / duration ( hour) of 3 days old moths in 2 4 hours on flight mill were 68.67/19.77, 43.28/14.78 and 36.74/13.37, respectively; those of (a) treatment were significantly higher than those of (b) and (c) treatments, but the difference between (b) and (c) was insignificant. In (a) treatment, the flight distance of 47.1% of the individuals was > 70 km, and the flight duration of 70.6% of which was > 18 hours. While there were no obvious effects of compensatory nutrition conditions on the fecundity, pre-oviposition and oviposition period, longevity, mating rate and times of moth, and hatching rate of egg. It was indicated that the compensatory nutrition condition is one of the important factors affecting on the migration activity of this insect.
