摘    要:采用理论与实证研究的方法,对农用地分等中的标准耕作制度分区、评价单元划分、分等指标体系构建、产量比系数、土地利用系数等关键技术进行了研究,结果表明将四川省标准耕作制度分区为盆西平原区、盆东丘陵区、盆周山地区、川西南山地区、川西北高原区,充分反映了四川省土地资源与农业生产的地域分异规律;将海拔高度引入评价指标体系中,体现了四川省地形主导因素对农用地质量的影响;地块法是土地评价单元划分的一种普遍适宜的方法;提出了基于作物光温水生产潜力的产量比系数计算方法、利用影响因素建立模型修正土地利用系数的宏观控制方法。这些关键技术已应用于四川省农用地分等实践中,为科学评价四川省农用地质量奠定了基础。

Abstract:Combining with the theories and the demonstrations,the key technologies applied in classification on agricultural land were researched.They included the zoning of standard farming system,the grading of appraise cell,the establishing index system,the confirming productive ratio coefficient and land use coefficient,and so on.The results indicated that five regions were divided into the zones of standard farming system in Sichuan province,which can reflect the distributing regularities of land resource and agriculture product completely.After taken elevation as an appraising factor,the influence that the landform affects the quality of farmland incarnates more sufficiently.Standard plot is a popular method in grading appraising cell.Two methods were brought forward about the productive ratio coefficient calculating method based on the plant productive potentiality of light-temperature-soil precipitation and a macro-control method through establishing models to revise land use coefficient relying on influence factors.The key technologies were applied in the practice of farmland grading in Sichuan province,and became important foundation in the process of appraising farmland quality scientifically in Sichuan province.
