| 摘 要： | 试验分两步进行。第一步选用8～14月龄母犊12头,分4组,分别饲喂不同量的棉籽饼,折日喂游离棉酚5.8克,3.9克,2.9克和0克;第二步选用成年母牛16头(其中12头怀孕),也分4组,折日喂游离棉酚5.1克,1.2克,0.56克和0克。试验116天,结果表明:母牛发情表现、雌二醇含量,卵巢和滤泡发育等均为正常,孕牛无一流产,产后犊牛发育良好。

EFFECT OF FEEDING COW WITH COTTONSEED MEAL ON FECUNDITY |

| Abstract: | The experiment carried out in 2 steps. At the first step twelve 8-14-month-old heifers were selected and divided into 4 groups, fed with different amounts of cottonseed meal corresponding to 5.8, 3.9, 2.9 and 0 grams of free-gossypol a day. At the second step 16 mature cows(12 of them being pregnant) were selected and divided also into 4 groups and the content of free-gossypol in cottonseed meal fed to the 4 groups was 5.1, 1.2, 0.56 and 0g a day, respectively. The results of 116-day feeding experiment demonstrated that estrus behavior, estradiol amount, ovary and follicle development of the cow (heifer) were normal. None of the pregnant cows fell in abortion. The calves delivered from the experimental cows developed well. |
