鲁西黄牛超数排卵与冻胚移植

1990～1991年按鲁西黄牛超排技术程序,用 FSH+PGF_(2α)对11头鲁西黄牛进行超排处理,有效率为100%。共获卵119枚,其中可用胚92枚,胚胎可用率为77.3%。按鲁西黄牛胚胎冷冻解冻技术程序,以甘油作冷冻保护剂,对 A、B 级胚胎进行常规冷冻。解冻33枚,27枚可用,解冻恢复率为81.8%。将23枚可用胚移植23头受体,90天妊检,13头妊娠,妊娠率为56.5%。

SUPEROVULATION AND EMBRYO TRANSFER OF LUUCI YELLOW CATTLE

In 1990-1991,11 cattle were superovulated with FSH (220 RU total),beginning on days 11±1 of the estrous cycle.PGF_(2α),(4 mg total) was administered on third day after FSH treatment.Successful superovulation rate was 100%.Among 119 embryos gained,92 were transferable(77.3%).Embryos classified as A and B were frozen in the cryoprotective medi- um containing glycerol.Thirty-three of them were thawed and 27 considered survival (81.8%) transfered to 23 recipients.Thirteen of them were pregnant(56.5%) by rectal pal- pating 90 days later.
