杨凌地区家兔球虫种类与感染情况调查

采用饱和食盐水漂浮法,对杨凌地区的部分养兔场球虫种类和感染情况进行调查。结果表明,杨凌地区家兔艾美耳球虫(Eimeria)感染率高达83.5%,且各月龄段的兔均有不同程度的感染,其中1~2月龄的幼兔最易感染,感染率为99.4%,3~4月龄的感染率为97.0%,5~7月龄的感染率为78.7%,而12~24月龄的成年兔的感染率为38.9%。检出11种兔艾美耳球虫,其中穿孔艾美耳球虫(E.perforans)、黄艾美耳球虫(E.flsvescens)、无残艾美耳球虫(E.irrestidua)和斯氏艾美耳球虫(E.stiedai)为优势种,分别占总检出率的24.0%、17.0%、14.0%和12.8%。

Investigation on Coccidial Species and Infection Status in Rabbits in Yangling Area

The investigation of coccidiosis and identification of coccidian species in rabbits were carried out in different ages of rabbits by method of saturated saline flotation in Yangling area.The results showed that the infection rate of coccidia was 83.5 %,and the infection rates in different month-age rabbits coccidian were different,of which,the infection rate of 1-2 months age were 99.4%,higher than those in other ages,97.0% for 3-4 months age,78.7% for 5-7 months age,and 38.9% for 12-24 months age.Eleven sp...
