摘    要:[目的]为水稻根系的研究提供科学的理论依据。[方法]将5个不同品种水稻秧苗在剪根条件下当日移栽,用502型叶绿素测定仪测定其叶绿素相对含量,移栽5d后测定其根数和根长。[结果]不同品种的水稻叶绿素含量越高,其植株所发的根越多越长,并且植株干重越大。D优527和B优827、冈优827相比较,叶绿素含量的差异达0.05显著水平。优527和红优527、优827、冈优DB827相比较,根的数量差异达0.05显著水平。同一品种水稻的叶绿素含量与其所发根的数量和长度具有高度的相关性,不同品种的叶绿素含量和其所发根的数量和长度成正比。[结论]水稻叶绿素含量越高,其所发出的根越多越长。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to supply scientific theoretical basis for the research on rice roots. [Method] The seedlings of 5 different rice varieties were cut off roots and then transplanted on the same day. Their relative chlorophyll contents were determined by 502 chlorophyll detector and their root numbers and lengths were determined on the 5th day since transplant. [Result] The higher the chlorophyll contents in different rice varieties were, the more and longer the roots of rice plants were and the bigger their dry weights were. Compared Dyou 527 with Byou 827 and Gangyou 827, their difference on chlorophyll content reached 0.05 significant level. Compared Dyou 527 with Hongyou 527, Byou 827 and Gangyou 827, their difference on root quantity reached 0.05 significant level. The chlorophyll content in the same rice variety had high correlation with its root quantity and length and that in different rice varieties showed positive proportion to their root quantities and lengths. [Conclusion] The higher the chlorophyll content in rice was, the more and longer its roots were.
