不同类型蒌蒿品种的农艺性状及品质分析

通过对3种类型7个蒌蒿品种的农艺性状及品质进行分析比较。结果表明,白蒌蒿中的云南蒌蒿适合大棚栽培,其茎粗、茎叶质量比、可食率和总产量均高于其它品种,粗纤维含量也比较低,仅香味较淡;小叶白适合露地栽培,其产量高、茎粗适中、商品性好、始收期亦较早,且粗纤维含量最低,香味相对也较淡。3种类型蒌蒿中,白蒌蒿的干物质和粗纤维含量较低,香味较淡;青蒌蒿和红蒌蒿的干物质、粗纤维含量较高,香味较浓。

Agronomic and Qualitative Characters Analysis of Different Types of Seleng Wormwood Cultivars

Agronomic and qualitative characters analysis were compared by using 7 cultivars which belong to 3 types of seleng wormwood(Artemisia selengensis Turcz.).The results showed that Yunnanlouhao was suitable for cultivation in plastic tunnel.It had higher stem diameter,higher ratio of stem mass/leaf mass,higher rate of edible part,higher total yield,lower crude fibre and thinner aroma compared with the others.Xiaoyebai was suitable for cultivation in open field with earlier first harvest,high yield,moderate stem diameter and good quality,it had the lowest content of crude fibre and thinner aroma.Among 3 types of seleng wormwood,the contents of dry matter and crude fibre in white seleng wormwood with thinner aroma were lower than those in green seleng wormwood and red seleng wormwood with thicker aroma.
