摘    要:研究了水分胁迫条件下桂糖11号和新台糖16号2个甘蔗品种不同下种方式叶片的气体交换参数净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和叶绿素荧光参数基础荧光(Fo)、非光化学猝灭系数(qN)、光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光合作用电子传递的量子产额(Yield)的表现。在反复干旱区,桂糖11号剥叶不砍种处理,新台糖16号剥叶砍种浸种消毒处理有较高的Pn、Gs和Fv/Fm;2个品种不剥叶不砍种处理都有较高的Pn、Gs、qN、Yield和较低的Fo。直接水分胁迫、反复干旱2种水分胁迫方式2个品种剥叶砍种处理具有较高的Fo和较低的qN、Fv/Fm,Pn最低,气孔限制值(L)也低。这些表现与甘蔗的抗旱性呈密切联系。

Effects of water stress on the photosynthetic characteristics of sugarcane leaves
Abstract:The gas exchange parameters, Pn, Gs and Ci, and the fluorescence parameters of chlorophyll, Fo, qN, Fv/Fm and yield, in leaves were investigated with two sugarcane varieties under water stress conditions. As compared with the other treatments, plants in the multiple buded seedcane without sheath treatment for GT11 and those in the sterlized two buded seedcane with sheath treatment for ROC16 showed higher Pn, Gs and Fv/Fm under repeated drought condition. Plants in the multiple buded seedcane with sheath treatment showed higher Pn, Gs, qN, yield but lower Fo for the both varieties under repeated drought condition. Plants in the two buded seedcane without sheath treatment showed higher Fo but the lowest Pn and relatively lower qN, Fv/Fm, and lower stomatal limit, L, for the two varieties under two types of water stress conditions. These results were related closely to the drought resistance of sugarcane.
