摘    要:仲丁胺是一种保护性杀菌剂,对多种真菌有抗菌活性,可用于果品蔬菜采后处理,且对贮藏保鲜具有明显效果.以柑桔为试材,研究经仲丁胺保鲜剂处理后的果品蔬菜保鲜期和保鲜效果,以及食用此果肉对人体健康的影响.结果表明:经仲丁胺处理的果品蔬菜货架保鲜效果好,可明显增加果实的外观品质,对果实的风味及化学成分无不良的影响.食用后对人体健康安全无害.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of 2-aminobutane(2-AB)fresh-keeping agent on shelf life of oranges and human health.Result shows that the fresh-keeping effect of 2-AB on oranges during storage after pretreatment is desirable.2-AB could improve the appearance quality of the oranges,and it has no harm to the flavor or the chemical elements of oranges.It is safe for people to eat the oranges treated with 2-AB.
