山黧豆毒素生物化学及去毒研究进展

摘    要:对近年来山黧豆毒素的生物化学和去毒研究进展作了综述.毒素生物化学包括毒素的化学成分、生物合成以及外界环境对毒素生物合成的影响;去毒研究主要涉及毒素的遗传和低毒品种的选育、组织培养和遗传转化及食用前种子去毒方面的近况.就毒素的可能生物学意义进行了扼要讨论,对今后山黧豆的研究方向作了简要展望.

Abstract:L.sativus is a feed crop with a long cultivated history. However, its cultivation has diminished in many regions because of its toxicity. In order to reuse this fine kind of forage crop, intensive researches for developing varieties with low and zero toxin have been carried out around the world. The toxic biochemistry of L.sativus, including composition, biosynthesis and the effect of environment on biosynthesis of toxin, was reviewed in this paper. In addition, research of removal toxin from L.sativus by breeding, processing, tissue cultures and transgenesis were summarized. Finally, the probable biological significance of toxin was discussed and the research prospects for L.sativus were also presented.
